He made contact with us before we checked in and was available at any time to be contacted if we needed anything at all until check out. He contacted us with all the information we needed to check in including details and directions to get there and even met us on arrival. Maps and info on the area were provided as well. The house was fantastic, very stylish, luxurious and clean, and everything provided to ensure a fabulous stay. The private spa Bath was an amazing experience and a wonderful addition in the room. The atmosphere and ambience in the spa area was fantastic with a fire and music provided. Bathrobes and slippers were provided also. Breakfast was included and items were renewed each day. A good selection was provided. We had a wonderful stay at Chaplin luxury holiday house.
